Helix Games is building a unified platform that fuses game development, distribution, and discovery. If you're already a Gala Founder Node owner, you’ve got a front-row seat and a free claim to a Helix Aegis Node.

NOTE: the snapshot for Founders Nodes (FN) took place in May 2024, so only nodes operating in your account at that time are eligible. This will unfortunately exclude more recent FN purchases from secondary marketplaces.


Here’s how to claim your Helix Node:

  1. Get Your GalaChain Address:
    Make sure you have your GalaChain (GC) wallet address for the account which holds your FN licences.
  2. Open GalaChain Explorer:
    Go to Gytrace (recommended) or GalaScan, search your GC address, and keep this window nearby.
  3. Connect Your Wallet:
    Head to the Helix Node Portal and connect your web3 wallet (BSC network required).
  4. Verify FN Ownership:
    Once connected you'll see a Claim tab.
    Follow instructions to send 1–2 GALA to the receiving address to prove your account ownership
  5. Grab Your TxID:
    Refresh GalaScan searching for your transaction (this could take some time) and copy your TxID.
  6. Complete Verification:
    Paste the TxID back on the Helix site to finalize ownership.


    The above may take around 10 minutes and should be done in one sitting. Once completed you can continue minting your Helix Node(s) at your convenience.

  7. Mint Your Helix Aegis Node:
    You'll need around $1 in BNB to cover gas to mint your node.
    (Metamask’s built-in bridge makes it easy to convert ETH tokens to BNB if needed.)
